Nurse and Tech Interesting Cases Competition
Program Information
CRT 2027 is inviting all nurses and technologists to take the podium and present your interesting cases to your peers! The top 4 interesting cases will be presented on Sunday, March 7, 2027 during the Nurses and Technologists Symposium.
Deadline: Friday, December 4, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET
Recognition
The top 4 interesting cases will be presented orally at CRT 2027. Selected presenters will become CRT 2027 Associate Faculty and will receive the following benefits:
- Waived CRT 2027 registration fee
- Case published in the May issue of Cath Lab Digest
Submission Details
- All Interesting Cases must be submitted electronically as PowerPoint presentations.
- Please be sure to include the title of the case, a brief description and a suggested presenter.
- Select a case, 10 minutes in length, which has good learning objectives.
- Please use the CRT 2027 PPT Template to submit your Interesting Case.
- Do not exceed 20 slides.
- This is an interventional conference; make the history and physical examination items relevant to the case.
- Select clear images (angiograms, echocardiograms) and save them in a video format that is compatible with PowerPoint.
- Use as much of the slide as possible for the video files.
- One video file per slide. Multiple video files on one slide are hard to see and subject to malfunction.
- Make sure ALL slides follow HIPAA regulations.
- No literature review is necessary.
- Please ensure all videos play properly and loop. Submissions with still cath images/films will not be eligible.
- Finish with “Take Home Messages”.
Submission Deadline
Interesting cases must be submitted electronically by 5:00 PM ET on Friday, December 4, 2026.
